Our old renovated Newari house- a real doll house- is quietly nested behind Nakabahil square, about 300m away from both Patan Durbar Square and Patan Dhoka. It is a small independent house with its own cute little rooftop terrace. It is a narrow and tiny house - about 60m2 altogether- offering you a unique chance to live in your own house in the heart of Old Patan. The kitchen is on the ground floor (very high ceiling as we have fusionned two floors), bathroom is on the second floor, bedroom is on the third floor, living room/ working space and attached private sunny terrace are on the 4th floor. To avoid all misunderstanding, please note and acknowledge that there are quite some stairs to go up and down !
