1. Scope of Services
Cosy Nepal ™ is a hospitality brand operated in Nepal by Patan Accommodation Pvt. Ltd. and Cosy Patan Experience Pvt. Ltd. These companies are responsible for all accommodation services, guest experience, on-site operations, maintenance, and property management.
2. Booking & Payments
All reservations require a deposit to secure the booking.
Deposit payments are processed in EUR by Swotha OÜ (Estonia) , which acts solely as a payment intermediary on behalf of the Nepal-based hospitality providers.
Prices may be shown in USD for convenience. Currency conversion is handled by the guest’s bank or card provider.
The remaining balance may be paid online in EUR or on arrival in Nepal, depending on guest preference.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
The deposit is non-refundable but fully deductible from the final bill.
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Liability
Patan Accommodation Pvt. Ltd. and Patan Experience Pvt. Ltd. are solely responsible for the condition, management, and delivery of the accommodation and related services.
Swotha OÜ does not operate the properties and bears no responsibility for local operations, on-site service, or guest stay issues.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the house rules, local customs, and the properties they stay in. Damages or losses may result in additional charges.
6. Privacy
Personal information is handled confidentially and used only for booking management, guest communication, and legal compliance. Data processing follows Nepalese law and applicable international standards.
7. Governing Law
Bookings and accommodation services are governed by Nepalese law.
EUR payment processing and administrative support provided by Swotha OÜ are governed by Estonian law.
